Frame Duration

    Is there a way to customize the duration of each web story frame? I saw an example of a web story provided by a Google Web Creators team where the story had one frame that was 60 seconds long while the next frame was 25 seconds. Currently I am only seeing a default frame duration that is set for all of the frames in the Document tab -> Page Advancement -> Auto feature. For some story frames it would be helpful and would make the story more fluid to be able to have some narratives contained within one frame versus splitting them into multiple frames because of a duration limitation.

    The Web Stories plugin page advancement settings are on a per-story basis as opposed to a per-page basis, and the auto default page duration is automatically overridden by the video duration.

    The Web Stories plugin will not have this option available at this time.

    @luckynasan For clarification, the Web Stories plugin does not have “auto default page duration” available at this time?

    @shanemery The plugin’s page advancement default page duration settings are global, not per page.
