how to add quick payment to order-pay page of the pending order

If I understand your issue correctly, what you may want to do is go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and then click PayPal Checkout in the list of payment methods.

Inside the settings, scroll down to the bottom and you should see this:

If you see the “Credit or debit cards” entry in that field, click the tiny X to remove it, then Save Changes.

After that, try going to checkout again. You should see the button to use a card:

If I misunderstood your issue, can you please explain further about what you are trying to do? Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

Thanks for clarifying ?? You are correct that that quick payment / modal popup doesn’t work on the Pay for Order page. The payment still works here, but the customer will be taken to PayPal to complete the payment.
