[plugin: sexybookmarks]- data access error

I have WP 2.9.2 installed; used the latest version of the ‘sexybookmarks’ plugin for months when suddenly it caused a bad layout that affected the entire display for one post only: https://bloggingwithsuccess.net/3-easy-ways-to-improve-your-blog-design
This is the most recent post as of 3/13. I did have some strange problems while editing (e.g. the form plugin popped open when I didn’t use the keyboard code.. ); preview looked fine, just when published there is bad source code showing the StumbleUpon menu which gets a data access error trying to display, generating huge icons over my header logo and dropping the sidebar below the post column…).
Other posts looked fine.

Tried updating the post to see if it resolved, but same thing happened. Turned off plugin, reinstalled and same problem on that post only. Plugin now turned off.

Any thoughts on how this happened and what to try — I’d like to use this plugin again.
