    How to serve direct download link without permalinks?

    Need to serve direct download link like this domain.com/wp_content/uploads/dlm_uploads/file.exe

    when clicking download button.

    I dont need any file protection or download logs i need to show directs links on every wordpress post.

    Hello @shelloux ,

    Sorry if I did not understand correctly, but you want the link to the file ( ex: domain.com/wp_content/uploads/dlm_uploads/file.exe ) to be present in the download button and not the current link ( domain.com/download/download_id ) ? Is this correct? If so, I am sorry but the plugin does not work like that, it needs to know which download object you are referring to ( thus the endpoint – download – and the download id – download_id – in you links) so that it can set the download functionality and the conditions.
