Checkout subscribers don’t receive welcome email

    Hello, I connected my woocommerce with Mailchimp with your plugin and everything is fine, but the checkout form. Customers that choose to subscribe to the newsletter to have a 10% discount, don’t receive the welcome email with the coupon. After a purchase on my website they appear in my list as subscribers, but the welcome email is not sent to them.
    The welcome email is set to be sent to anyone who signs up and in any way (pop-up form etc.).
    How can I do?

    @valentinalilla1994 this would be better suited for the support team at Mailchimp to answer. The plugin team doesn’t have any insight to your account specifically and in this case they would probably need to help you either turn something on, or configure something properly. Can you please reach out to them directly?
