Facebook feed not updating

    I have used the plugin for many months.
    It has always worked faultlessly. But I notice that my Facebook feed has not updated for more than 4 weeks.
    I went into Settings and re-acquired the token, generated a new shortcode. (shown below)

    On my other site -https://www.wildlifephotographyindia.com/ – the feed is working perfectly.

    I have exactly the same settings for each site – apart from the Facebook ID & token

    Hi @soukous,

    I have tested your shortcode and it is working fine here

    *You can note that the most recent post (a shared post) does not show the shared part. Now that FB has clamped down on their privacy settings, they won’t allow this through their API if any of the shared post pages have their privacy settings set a certain way.

    For your issue here, you may just need to clear the FTS cache (Feed Them > Setttings > Global Options > Clear all FTS Cache). If you have any caching plugins installed, manually clear those as well.

    If that does not resolve the issue, then it is possible that another plugin or theme may be interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

    If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.
