    Hello,

where can change “ticket left” in event list and “available” in event detail for tickets?

I tried to change it in PO/MO via Locotranslate, i found that string also in POT file. But when i translated on website it still look same with original text.

Also i tried to use function mentioned on https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/rewording-tickets-left-to-places-left/

but also doesnt work. So i tried to find origin of that string in tickets.php on line 269 and change it there. Also without any change.

Is there some way, how can i change these two string?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.

Event Tickets is translated via www.remarpro.com – You can read more about how to translate strings for Event Tickets in the following article.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Hello,

i understand that your plugin is translated via www.remarpro.com but this mean anyway, that you are using PO/MO files for it. But when i used my own PO/MO file in same way via Loco Translate, that string “Ticket left” is still in english language. Add the translation according to your manual.

    Hello franktomas,

I had some trouble to display my own translation files for Event Tickets.
I modified files into the folder /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/lang/
I was wrong. Now it’s ok.

    How I’ve done this:
Download and edit the .po files of the plugin from this folder : /wp-content/languages/plugins/

    I hope it helps.

    Hi @franktomas,

I hope you’re doing well, thank you for the follow-up. Exactly, as Fafiou is mentioning the WP directory where the translation files are stored is wp-content/languages/plugins – I’d encourage you to submit your translations via WP.org though.

Let me know if you have further questions.

    Have a nice day,
    Juan.
