• I just love how I receive an email from wp forms telling me that people are trying to contact me through my website via email and when I go to check my website to see all of the entries that people put it its blocked by a pay wall! And to make matters worse, when I upgrade to pro to engage with my audience, the entries are FAKE?! Entries come out to 0 when my email tells me otherwise. I want a refund but because I already used my liscence key for my website I can’t even get that. Freakin scammers.

    Hey @officialwmii,

We’re so sorry for the confusion!

With WPForms Lite, you can set up form notifications to send out form submission details to your preferred email address.

Because entries are not stored in WPForms Lite, they are not available when you upgrade to the paid version.

In the weekly Email Summaries, where you can see the all-time form submission totals for your site, we’ve mentioned that entries are not stored in Lite (https://a.supportally.com/SOqEJd). This information is also displayed on the Entries page of the Lite plugin (https://a.supportally.com/r6lsVB). If you have any suggestions on how we can better clarify this, please let me know and I’ll share those with our team.

And since you’ve upgraded to the paid version, you can absolutely store and manage future entries on your site. In case it helps to know, you can learn more about how the form data are stored in the paid version by following this detailed guide.

If you’d like more help with using the paid version of WPForms or with your account matters, could you please reach out to our support team through our contact page?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!
