Contact form problem

    Hello

    I am having an issue with Contact form 7. The website is developed with HTML and hosted in a WordPress plataform. I am trying to activate Contact Form 7 in WP Panel and when I do it, the website suddenly shuts down. What can cause it, since there is no other plugin in there
