• Hi team,

We’re Chinese advertiser, which means you can’t have admin access to all the ads accounts cause you have to use the accounts applied by the official agency like Blueforcus and Papaya. All the accounts applied by the agencies can only be managed by the Facebook account team.
Then how can we track our ads when we’re using WordPress to do our business?

And I’m fully aware that this’s definitely a design defect by your product manager. Cause I can easily link my pixel by using the previous version called Facebook Pixel. Now with this latest version you’ve developed. We’re completely in the dark with the ads data.

Don’t bother to tell me I need to find my agency and let them give me admin access to my ad accounts. They told me pretty clearly. The Facebook accounts team is the only team that has admin access to all those accounts in China, and they’re not gonna give admin access to any of their clients.

So when can your team fix this issue?

  • Indeed this is really strange, how is it possible that you are making all of us request admin access? You are killing the FB business purpose.

As agencies or freelancers like is my case we can’t or shouldn’t request admin permission. That is not secure for them either.

Please can you rethink about this option?
