Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades – WordPress Version Compatibility

Hello.
I want to use this plugin for manual updates.
But I saw that this plugin didn’t release any updates for more than 2 years.
Can you please tell me whether it is compatible with WordPress 5.7 or not?

If you have any other plugin which will fulfil my requirement then you can suggest me.
