Splash text only on first video

  • I’ve looked at all of your support docs and tried everything I can think of but I can only get splash text to show of the first video of my slider. In fact, when I go to the video editing tab for all other videos other than the first one, there isn’t even a field available to enter the splash text. I have the pro license for this client and don’t think I should have to pay you $100 to fix this initial bug! Please help.

    Thank you for reaching out to us and reporting about the issue! I believe, that we will find a solution and of course, if it’s a bug we will fix it.

    Do you refer to the slider with Testimonials at the bottom section of the homepage? I can see there is one single Splash text applied for all videos from the slider. If those videos were embedded as a Playlist, then it will be necessary to add the Splash title to each playlist item individually.

    First, please go to Settings -> FV Player -> Post Interface Options. Here you need to check the Playlist Item Titles box. After the feature has been activated, the Title field will be available in the shortcode editor and you can fill in the Title fields one by one.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well as indicated by the author’s reply.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
