Unlimited Product Variations

There’s no way of doing this with the out of the box WooCommerce. However, I think this plugin might get you were you want to be.

both have colour pickers. Might be worth a look.

Do you think there’s any free way to do this. It’s not a significantly high paid job.

The two I gave are free from www.remarpro.com. I don’t know if they’ll do, so you’ll need to try them.

I should say you don’t get unlimited variations. What you get is a simple product with a custom field, and that field value can be any colour code.
