    Hi there!

After enabling Optimole, my product gallery images seem to have become small. It doesn’t happen for the first image, but if you click on the second or third image, it only has the small size.

    How can I fix this?

    Thanks!

    Hi @liappi,

    Thank you for using Optimole.

Can you try to add inside the exclude lazy-load filters by class this: data-large_image ?
    https://docs.optimole.com/article/1191-exclude-from-optimizing-or-lazy-loading

Let me know if this solves the issue for you, it should exclude these images from lazy-load while allowing for others to still be lazy-loaded.

    Hi @bvytis,

Thanks, that fixed up the small image issue!

I have another issue popping up now though, which is that on the same page, my second product gallery image doesn’t seem to load properly – it just shows a brown square. When I test the page on PageSpeed Insights, it also says that the same image isn’t properly sized, which leads me to think that something has gone wrong with the Optimole image resizing.

Do you know what might be happening here?

    Thanks!

    @liappi,

Happy to hear that it helped!

Regarding the second issue – seems like you already lazy load your images so it’s not recommended to use lazy-loading functionality from different plugins.

If you have another plugin that lazyloads your images disable that functionality or disable it in Optimole plugin.

    I hope it helps!

    Hi @bvytis,

I don’t think I have any other lazy-loading functionality enabled. But using a different image seems to work, so I’m just going with that now. Thanks for your help!
