Create a course with some Locked (Paid) Lessons

    Hi there,

    I’m wondering if there’s a way to create a course that you can unlock extra lessons with payment. I would like to create free courses with extra blocks of lessons that the user would have to pay to access.

    It doesn’t need to be the payment for each block, could be a purchase of the full course, for example. I just want to offer some lessons for free on the beginning of the course, then ask for payment to access the full content.

    Hello @beboniatti

    Unfortunately with tutor lms plugin you cannot do this. Where you will have free lessons and then paid lessons for a course. You have to set a course either free or paid. To merge this we suggest creating two courses. One set as pre requisite of other. The free course is set as the pre requisite. With lesser lessons. If someone wants to learn more they go on and purchase the paid version. This is one way of solving what you want. Still not the way you would like. I hope this is clear.     Thanks for you quick answer.

    In the end I decided to install another plugin (restrict.io) where I can block lessons with a shortcode. Maybe is an idea for future updates of the Tutor LMS Pro since is a great marketing tool for sales.
