DB crap?

I’ve got assorted issues with wp, so I thought I’d look at the tables.
A couple of checker sites tell me there are no problems, but
In WP-Options, I’ve found a few “Insert Into” rows that are basically long url promotions for plugins I may have tried, but no longer use.

Is it safe to just delete those spammy tuples and backup?
