Vendor not seeing order with their product

    Hi there,

    I’m currently testing this free version with the intent to purchase PRO if it has all the functionality I require. One issue I’m having is “assigning” an order to vendor by admin.

    My site setup:
    – BuddyBoss
    – WC Vendors
    – WooCommerce

    Process:
    1. Admin creates an order and adds a product belonging to a vendor.
    2. Vendor should see that order in their account.

    Problem:
    (S)he doesn’t ??

    Can you please advise if there are any other steps I need to perform to achieve the order showing under vendor’s account – be visible to vendor? This is one of the core function we’ll need.

    Hello @insearchofasolution ,

    Please take note that you’ll need to update the status of the order to processing before vendors could see the order from their end.
    Be sure to select a payment method within the order as well.

    This is the way to properly calculate the vendor’s commission, only orders with calculated commissions are displayed in their end.
