It was good until it wasn’t.

  • Everything was good with this theme and I loved it, till about 6 months ago when I could no longer make any changes through the Customizer. The only options that showed was “Widgets”. I couldn’t even access the custom CSS any more. Others have had the same problem as I have with this theme, but the developer insists the problem doesn’t exist and that there’s nothing wrong, even after seeing the screenshot of what I see in the Customizer. I don’t like being called a liar, so I won’t use this theme, even if he finally agrees there is an issue and fixes it.

    If the theme works for you, great! But if you ever have an issue with it, don’t be surprised if the developer calls you a liar, too.

    And if you install this theme and don’t see any options in the Customizer, except Widgets, it’s a known issue, at least known to the users that have had to walk away from this theme, despite the developer denying there’s a problem.

    I’m sure I didn’t call anyone a liar.
    I said the theme’s customizer is not broken and that I can’t reproduce that issue.
    I have no idea what you were doing on your website, what plugins you installed, what version of PHP you are using, etc.
    The theme is not broken and works perfectly.
