    Hey Guys

    First of all, thanks for the great plugin.

    I’m using CJ Dropshipping for automatic order fullfilment and I’m also using the TrackShip extension for a branded tracking page. I have placed a test order to make sure everything is working, but I’m running in to some problems.

    – CJ Dropshipping has automatically synced the tracking number to my order, so that works
    – However, the order status was not automatically changed to ‘shipped’
    – When I changed the order status manually to shipped, I get a ‘Carrier Unsupported’ notification in the Shipment Tracking panel
    – Because of this, the tracking link in the order shipped email is linking to the original CJ Packet tracking page in stead of my own tracking page, and the tracking is also not working when I manually typ in the order number and customer email on my website’s tracking page.

    Could I get some help with this please?

    Hi, you can map the provider name you get from CJ Dropship to the provider on the AST shipping providers list.

    Thanks for your quick answer!

    The provider name that was entered by CJ is “CJPacket Ordinary”, so I have entered this value in the Custom API Name field for the CJPacket provider. However, I’ve now received a new order and the mapping doesn’t seem to be working. It still just says “CJPacket Ordinary” in the order details. Did I do something wrong?

    We checked this map API provider name functionality and it’s working fine.

    Thanks, it’s working, but I have a different problem now. The tracking number is uploaded 3 times and the link is going to the cjpacket.com tracking page in stead of the tracking page on our website. How can I fix this?

    The tracking page is only available if you use TrackShip and when you enable the tracking page it will direct your customers to the tracking page.

    The duplicate tracking is done by the process that updates the order, you should ask CJ Packet why they update the order 3 times.

    Yes, I am using TrackShip and have setup the tracking page. When I manually entered the tracking code for a previous order, the link took me to the tracking page on our website, but now that the tracking code is uploaded automatically, the link is going to the cjpacket website…

    Ok, do you use the CJ Packet provider? Can you contact TrackShip support about the tracking page link and they will be able to help you.
