    Thanks for your reply. We would like to know can we make a unique data in blank to be the password? For example, there is a blank for phone number. Can I make the PDF password become the phone number? Which mean each PDF will have different password.

    “Protect your PDF file?” and “Generate and use a random password?”

    Hi Florent,

    thanks for your reply. However, it not what I am asking.
    Let me clarify the question as below:

    we want to set application form for students in website and would like to use their phone numbers as password for every student while we send back PDF file by e-mail, student can open the PDF file by their phone number. Kindly see below example for better understanding. Thanks for your help again.

    For example:
    Student A, he put phone number: 091234567 in the phone number column, when he opens the PDF file which we sent to him, he needs to apply password by 091234567.

    Student B, she put phone number: 093333333 in the phone number column, when she opens the PDF file which we sent to her, she needs to apply the password by 093333333.
