the import is hanging and fatal error on site

    Hello,

    I want to import a new site and the import hangs on ‘Done preparing blocks’. The site says:

    Do you have any idea to solve this and when I close the window, can I come back in again?

    You are using an old version of WordPress.
    Update WordPress to a version >= 5.0 and try to import the site again.
    The issue is that you have a plugin (wordpress-seo) that requires WordPress v5+ to function.
    Alternatively, you can disable the plugin, export the site and import it again.
