    Thanks for asking this question.

    If your client’s AdSense account is already approved, you can do that. But it is not possible to use your website to approve your client’s account.

    Please, keep in mind that both you and your customer would need to add your URL to AdSense > Websites, and AdSense need to mark them as ready.
