Coupon Plugin is missing in marketing

    Hi Gurus,

    I’m looking for Default Coupon plugin of Woocommerce. I see that Coupon plugin under marketing is a default plugin in all my other websites, but in this website I’m unable to see Coupon plugin under Marketing or Woocommerce tabs. I want to install free plugin, please help! Thanks in advance!

    in this website I’m unable to see Coupon plugin under Marketing or Woocommerce tabs.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce

      • If the coupon section appears after this, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi! Just to add, you may also simply find that coupons are not enabled. You can check this if you go to Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > General > and check that Enable coupons is selected.
