Internal Server Error whilst trying to install plugins

    I’m trying to install plugins

    I get the following error when trying to install plugins:

    Download failed. Internal Server Error

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

  • There is more than one cause for the error. As you’ll need to do some checking in different areas, it might be faster to use your favorite Search Engine and look up: wordpress Download failed Internal Server Error

    I tried increasing the memory limit in wp-config.php

    Still no luck

    This is really frustrating
