Admin emails stopped

  • My admin emails stopped coming for cache preload. Checked the email settings. They are correct. I am supposed to receive an email at the start and end of the cache preload. I stopped getting emails on 3/2/2021. It was working fine before that. Please help. Makes me wonder what else is not working.

  • This also happened to me, from 3/25/2021. I’ve checked for anything that might prevent loopback requests, site security plugins, etc. No other plugins that make use of cron jobs seem affected. Ran out of ideas ??

    Not sure if this will help you, but I was able to get it restarted by cycling preload off with “Cancel Cache Preload” then turning it back on. Not a very satisfying solution, as it doesn’t tell me what the root cause was, but at least it’s working again.

    Are other emails still being sent from your site? Does it look like preload is still working? Go to the Preload settings page and it will tell you what page is being preloaded.
