loss rank after change them and update wordpress

  • hi, I have a question about change templates + update WordPress and its effects on SEO.
    I have a website and I changed the template and update core WordPress. after that, I lose my rank and my users!!! how can i solve it?
    another thing that you should know, after change core wordpress Unfortunately we forgot to Uncheck Noindex from WordPress configure and after a week we understand this issue! I don’t know the reason loss traffic is for Noindex or change template or update WordPress! our visitor come from 5000 views to 10 views now.

    Updating WordPress won’t affect SEO, but changing your theme might, as that can change the overall structure of your site.

    Unfortunately we forgot to Uncheck Noindex from WordPress configure

    That’ll do it, you didn’t so much change your ranking as told search engines not to index your site and remove any already indexed pages.
