problem with Private Content

  • Hi,

    my website is locked by Private Content plugin. User should register and login to get into my website.

    Private Content has a specific users management but it is sync with wordpress users management. “The login system with synced users is up to WP functions. Once user is logged in, PrivateContent grabs the wp_login WP action” as its developer said.

    Users can’t access to WP dashboard so I have activate Create custom 2FA settings page.

    If Users have to configure 2FA straight away, they can’t login but there is no error message. If users go directly to custom 2FA settings URL, they have an error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    If Users have a grace period, they are able to login, they can go to custom 2FA settings page.
    But, if they configure WP 2FA with TOTP, nothing happen when they click on Validate & Save Configuration after enter code, even if they do not enter any code. Cancel button works fine.
    If they configure WP 2FA with HOTP, choose an email and click I’m Ready, the email is never received (I think the email is never send.)

    The plugin is working find with my admin account which is not handle by Private Content.

    I don’t know what to do. You plugin looks promising but I can’t test it for know with Private Content
