    Hi @amardeepsidhu,

Apologies for the delay in following up with you on this. We’re working through a bit of a backlog.

It looks like you’re running very outdated versions of WordPress and the Jetpack plugin. The first thing you’ll need to do here is go to Dashboard > Updates in your WP Admin, and update anything there which has a pending update. Delete any plugins or themes you’re not using.

Once you do that, please let us know here, and we will make sure Jetpack gets a fresh sync of your site.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Hi Jen,

    No worries, Thank you.

I just checked and there is nothing that needs an update. Just cleaned up some inactive plugins.

    Thank you.

    Hi @amardeepsidhu

It looks like your Jetpack version is still 8.7.1 when the latest version is actually 9.5.

Also for WordPress, you’re running : 5.3.6 and the current version is 5.7.

    Can you get those updated?

    Thanks Bruce.

Actually amardeepsidhu.com & amardeepsidhu.com/blog are two separate WordPress installations. The versions you mentioned were on amardeepsidhu.com. I have updated everything there. The issue is with posts on amardeepsidhu.com/blog where everything is already up to date.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

It appears that there were a few places in your URL settings that had https://amardeepsidhu.com rather than https://amardeepsidhu.com/blog set.

I’ve updated all of those URLs from our side, so I’m hoping this was an easy fix to get those links working properly.

If not, can you double check your site’s Settings > General area in your wp-admin as well as your wp-config.php and .htaccess files in your site’s home directory on the server to make sure that all URLs say only the correct URL (https://amardeepsidhu.com/blog)?

Please let us know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

    Thanks Mad.

I think I figured out the reason. I am using Really Simple SSL on amardeepsidhu.com/blog and this option was enabled in settings:

    Enable 301 .htaccess redirect

After disabling this, it seems to work.

    Thank you.

    Hey @amardeepsidhu,

That’s awesome news! I’m going to mark this thread as solved. If you have any further questions or need some more help, you’re welcome to open another thread here. Cheers!
