Automatic submission date on my form

Hi,

i’ve search a bit on internet and didn’t find the answer

One of my form is linked to a google sheet.
This google sheet takes some of the info of that form
I need this sheet to write the submission date of the form

I’ve tried to add, inside my form, a hidden “tag” which would write “today’s date”
I did a few test and i don’t remember exactly what i’ve tried so it would be ridiculous to try to write here what i’ve tried.

i guess i need to write a tag that give “today’s date” and hide this tag of my form

could you help me please?
