    Are there any known problems with this email? I cannot get it to work on my website. Keep sending the text version from the pluggable.php.

    Could you confirm that this is the mail in case of someone reacts on a post and after confirmation by the admin (me) it sends this email to the orginal poster to inform him/her (not to the command poster)?

    Thanks for your message.

    There aren’t any known issues with that notification.
    It might be worth checking out the ‘Send this notification to the Author’ section of this page to ensure that you’re clear on what each comment notification does.

    New Command – Awaiting Confirmation works fine. Can you confirm that I use the right mail for what I descriped above?

    Just found out that it was the wrong mail. It should by New Comment instead of Command Approved.

    Is that to say you were using the wrong notification and that it’s now working or that you’re using a different notification but it’s still not working?

    If it’s not working, can you clarify:
    * Which notification you’re now using
    * What you’d like to do
