Push Notification in AMP with HTML

Can anyone tell me how I can set push notifications on my Amp pages With HTML. BCz the One Singnal Push Notification not working in Amp Pages. So i am Do this.

I am read many articles about this and I have also tried many times. But files like helper-frame-url and permission-dialog-url are not downloaded.
so now what i can do.

otherwise please suggest me one best push notification pulgin who work properly in amp pages.
