    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    That space is actually not created by TablePress, but by your theme. In the screen where you inserted the Shortcode, please check if you can use an Elementor “Shortcode” block (instead of a normal “Text” block). If not, please check if you can switch from a “Visual” to a “Text” editor there, and remove all HTML code (like <p> and <span style="color: #000000;"> around the table Shortcode.

    If all those don’t wor, you could add this to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress:

    .tablepress + p {
        display: none;
    }

    but the other options would be much better.
