  • 1st thing to try is ftp to site or use host’s file manager to rename the /plugins folder
this will deactivate all plugins and should let you log in
rename /plugins back to normal – then activate plugins one by one until you find offender

    I HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM:
Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /customers/nanonyt.dk/nanonyt.dk/httpd.www/wp-includes/cache.php on line 33

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /customers/nanonyt.dk/nanonyt.dk/httpd.www/wp-includes/cache.php:33) in /customers/nanonyt.dk/nanonyt.dk/httpd.www/wp-login.php on line 9

    …www/wp-includes/pluggable-functions.php on line 308

    …www/wp-includes/pluggable-functions.php on line 309

    …www/wp-includes/pluggable-functions.php on line 270

    ANYONE HAVING A SOLUTION?

I have the same problem as the original poster. But renaming the plugin folder didn’t change anything.

I’m trying to move one version of xampp to another if that helps. From 1.7.1 to 1.7.3.

    Any other ideas?
