Jetpack stats and followers disappeared

    I recently encountered a tonne of issues relating to Cloudflare and my Jetpack deactivated my Jetpack and then reactivated it. I have lost years of stats and followers.

    Please help!

    Hi Vanessa,

    Apologies for the delay in following up with you on this. We’re working through a bit of a backlog.

    No worries, your stats are safe! They just became associated with a new Jetpack ID when you reconnected. It looks like your original connection was made to a staging URL, and when you reconnected, our system thought your live URL was an entirely new site, so you got a new Jetpack ID.

    That said, I was able to find your historical stats and subscribers and merge them back over to the correct site. Let us know if anything still seems amiss.
