Sorting works wrong (when menu_order is 0)

    first, let me thank you for developing and maintaining this plugin. It seems to be one of the best working solutions. Sadly it’s not working for us:

    We have many products and when I move a product, other products are re-ordered randomly. For instance: if I swap 2 with 3 it can be that a product at position 50 is at position 1 now. This happens randomly and also the order after saving does not match the shown order. I need to refresh to see the order after I did a save.

    All our products have a menu_order of 0 by default and I guess this is the root of the evil, because this makes switching positions not trivial.

    Can you follow me? Can I do anything to make it work or assist you investigating this?
