If there’s an error you should see an error rather than “canceled” Are you able to encode any of the other formats, or other videos besides those two? Have you successfully encoded videos in the past but only recently started having this problem? Does anyone else have admin access to your site who might be canceling the encodes without telling you? Can you post the FFMPEG Test Output from the bottom of the FFMPEG Settings tab on the plugin settings page?

Yes, everything works OK when I process each video individually but when I setup the plugin to automatically reencode the videos after upload – that doesn’t work.

Have you updated to version 4.7 of the plugin yet? Do the other formats work if you set the plugin to automatically encode a 480p H.264 video for example?

Just updated the plugin few mins ago, tried to encode a Webm vid to H.264 and got this error:

Do you have a watermark on your videos? Can you post a screenshot of your FFMPEG Settings tab along with the text of your FFMPEG Test Output?

I found what my problem was: “Enable legacy libx264 parameters.” was checked. You helped me with this issue in another thread but since my wordpress was not updated, the option was not saving.

Now I updated wordpress and plugins but I encountered another problem, the queue just doesn’t do anything https://prnt.sc/10ocknk it stays like this for 90 mins.

    Here are settings screenshots:

    and the test results:
