Cant see the product attributes or extras on the final whatsapp message

    Hi Walter, i am trying to solve this problem, but i can find the solution.
    I make the selection process and select the diferent especification for each product, but once i get the message for whatsapp in the chat, i cant see the product’s attributes which i had selected.

    Can you help me with this?

  • I have exactly the same problem. Were you able to solve it?

    When I buy a product that has for example: Size and Colour, these data are not transmitted in the message.

    Same problem. Maybe it works just with certain attributes/extras plugin? I tried many, but that thata does not appear on the whatsapp message.
