Problem with Pro Version

Hey!
I have been using your plugin for a year now, this is super, over time the conversions have become less, the competition is more, I tried new things for a long time in changes in the form, today I decided to buy the Pro version, because I read from you that with the pro version there are more opportunities for the feed to work.

1. I’ll start from the beginning, I paid, I received a letter asking me to tell the plugin about the zip version, I did it and installed it, put the key, everything works hurray. I went into the settings, clicked on the buttons to enable additional fields that improve the feed (see screen 7)
Now, when I have created a feed, I click on the product options, select any field in order to see how it was saved, for example, field number 3 (Category mapping) translates to the page “Sorry, you are not allowed to view this page.” screenshot # 1 # 2

2.Created a feed with a pro version, went to my FTP to download it, always turn to the file size and the new feed with a pro version became 4 times less in weight, is this normal? my feed always weighed 7-8 megabytes, now it weighs 1.9 megabytes (screenshot 3)

3.When I uploaded a new feed from the pro version to the merchant, there was a problem that never happened at all, (Error in XML format) screenshot 4 and 5
