I’m testing WooCommerce Bookings and I can’t seem to limit the availability. I’ve tried limiting the time and range of days in the Booking settings, and on the product availability page but nothing seems to work. I’ve made sure to cover all the slots by also creating rules for the times and day range where people can’t book.

I’m trying to limit availablity from Monday to Saturday and 10am until 16:30. But I’m still getting slots from 12am to midnight and all 7 days on the calendar.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    I can’t create a ticket as I’m using the https://testwoo.com/ www.remarpro.com demo.

    Hi there,

Yes, the testwoo.com sites are not covered under support — you can still open a ticket for any pre-sales questions you might have, but helping to troubleshoot your configuration on the test site would not be covered.

Regarding your question: “limit availablity from Monday to Saturday and 10am until 16:30” — that would certainly be possible.

That said, this is still the support forum specifically for the core WooCommerce plugin, not the WooCommerce Bookings extension.

Thanks for the replies. It’s good to know the plugin should be doing what I want. It’s not the best look, on a Testwoo demo site with the most basic setup that the plugin doesn’t work as intended on something so fundemental. I wonder how many sales woocommerce is losing because their own test setup doesn’t work properly. I’ll keep this plugin in mind but going to look at other options now because of this.

    Hi there,

I just spun up a trywoo.com test site for Bookings, and set the “Monday to Saturday and 10am until 16:30” that you had described — it appears to be showing as expected on the frontend (not entirely sure of the rest of your settings, but the available times are blocking out ok):

    bookable product

I’m not sure about the settings you used, but what you were going for is definitely possible and appears to be working fine on the trywoo.com site. With an active license for the extension, we would be able to assist you in setting it up if you were still interested.

For now, if you wanted to try again, I’d recommend reading over the Availability settings section of the documentation:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/creating-a-bookable-product/#availability

Thanks for the confirmation that it works for you. Must be some setting I’m using that is causing the availability to fail. Honestly, I’ve read through the availability settings and tried everything I could think of. Appreciate your effort though.

I have some other pre-sale questions on the product so I will start a new thread for those.
