We are getting this error when reviewing the parameters:

Current DB Table Prefix: wp_ Your site is currently using the default WordPress DB prefix value of “wp_”. To increase your site’s security you should consider changing the DB prefix value to another value.

This is not the case. Our DB table prefix’s are set to something unique.

This is an incorrect error message.

Thank you for sharing more information. It all looks fine to me.

Unfortunately I have no idea why the plugin is not picking up the correct database table in your site. There must be some type of setting in your server that is interfering with our plugin. Can you speak to your host support and ask them to investigate this issue further. Report back with any findings. I am curious to know myself since you are the only one reporting this issue so far.

    Thank you

Got it. No idea of what I was doing wrong but it now works. User error not plugin error.

    Thanks for all your help.
