Cannot select ‘Internal’

    When I am on the OAuth consent screen, it shows ‘External’. When I attempt to change to ‘Internal’ it gives me this message:

    “Because you’re not a Google Workspace user, you can only make your app available to external (general audience) users. ”

    We are using a Gmail account.

    Any ideas?
