Why do people recommend this?

  • I have spent hours on two different web sites trying to get Astra to play nice with Elementor and WP Easycart, but there are bugs that could not be remedied, features that did not work, just too many problems so I had to go with dofferent themes wasting a lot of valuable time. Support tickets that take a week to be answered are just not acceptable. Even had Elementor Pro (imagine my excitement when I just paid $50 for Elementor Pro and I’m still locked out of features I needed). Come to find out that these solutions are a never ending maze of monthly “pro” subscriptions to do things that others are offering for free (*cough* *cough* (siteorigin) *cough*) with better support.

    So sorry to hear about your experience. We try to respond to all support questions submitted via our helpdesk in 5 to 24 hours.

    Did it take us a week? Was it the support channel of Astra / Brainstorm Force? Or it was Elementor? In either case, it sucks.
