some Keywords are converted to links, some don’t.

    Hello.

    Check General Settings page under Auto Affiliate Links in your WordPress admin panel. There are some options that might limit the link display.

    Check Link Frequency and set it to Custom, and in the box that appears, put a bigger number, for example 20, and see if it works.

    Also, make sure that Same link and Same keyword are set to allow the same links or keyword to appear more times in the same article.

    Let me know your results after you change these settings.
