WooCommerce report of products on order

Hi @pachbs. You can filter the Orders by Order Status as shown in my screenshot:

Then, you will be able to download a list of all products from the orders that are processing and analyze the data to find out how much of each product you need to make.

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me, unfortunately that doesn’t work as a solution, as all products are contained within a single cell, so I can’t sort and see all the same products listed together. If i’ve got a 100 processing orders, and each order has 4 products, it woulds take hours to work what i need to make

It’s really the “Products” report i need to be able to filter by Order Status. I could then sort that by products so the same product is listed together.

Hi @pachbs. You should be able to use some spreadsheet functions to extract the counts of each product in the column but that is outside the scope of this forum. I’m afraid that there are no built-in reports that will provide the information that you are looking for in an optimized way.

Thanks for the help anyway. It’s a real shame as it seems such a basic requirement, but it looks like I got to spend a load of money again trying to get something simple done.
