    Hi there

I’ve started a full sync from our end. Please let us know if the error remains after 24 hours. Thanks!

    Hi Dan,
The problem is still there, unfortunately, although I have run a scan.

Is there anything else that it could be?

    Thank you,

    Tia

    Hi @tiatait,

It looks like the sync is getting close to finishing, but not actually finishing. I’ve kicked off another one for good measure. Give it a few hours, and if your site hasn’t fully synced to Jetpack this time, can you please contact us at the form I’ve linked here? Make sure to link this thread in your ticket, and write to us from the email address you use on your WordPress.com account, so we can verify your ownership of this site. We may need to have one of our developers have a closer look at things.

    Thanks!
