[Product Input Fields] Uploaded file is 0 KB

    Hi,

    I am using Product Input Fields module – Type: File.

    I found a problem: Every uploaded file is broken. Size of each uploaded file is zero KB.

    I have tried disabling wordfence, wp-rocket, uploading logged as admin but it have not worked for me.

    Uploaded file is located in folder “input_fields_upload” but the size is 0 KB.

    I would be grateful for any advice.

    Hi @macudik

    You have set “File: Max size” setting? If yes then please try to increase the value or set 0.

    @gravid7 Thanks for your advice.

    I have tried setting default value to “0” and also “40000” but it did not work. The file seems to be uploaded (the file name shows in a cart, on checkout, in email). Only problem is the size of it.

    I have also tried uploading different formats (.jpg,.jpeg,.png). All of them are allowed.

    I do not see any errors in my console.

    I am using WP 5.5.3, WOO 4.6.1 , PHP (7.3.26). I have also tried updating Booster for WooCommerce to version 5.3.8.

    Do you think the problem might be permissions?

    Hi @macudik

    Yes, might be this permissions issue on your server. Can you please check it? Because it’s working properly when I checked from our end.
