    Hi,

Next Active Directory Integration plugin disappears when I enable more than two add-ons for the SupportCandy plugin. After it disappears, logging in via AD stops working and you can log in to WordPress only with local accounts.
Interestingly, the plugin is still visible on the Installed Plugins page and is enabled. However, it is not in the left sidebar in the Administrator Panel. Turning it off and on again does not help. Also, disabling all SupportCandy add-ons does not restore the Next AD Integration plug-in.
What could be causing the problem?

Both plugs are up to date. My version of WordPress is 5.6.2 and PHP is 7.4.15.

    Regards, Tom.

    Hi Tom,
I just took a look into the free version of SupportCandy. There is nothing I can think of which could lead to such a behavior.
Maybe it’s their WooCommerce Integration, Private Credentials or Usergroups addon which causes the error. Just enable one of their addons at a time and see which causes the deactivation of NADI.

If you have purchased a support plan for NADI (https://active-directory-wp.com/shop-overview/) we can take a deeper look into it.

    Greetings,
    Schakko
