    Is it possible to only show the cookie banner to countries where a cookie opt-out might be necessary? For example, I want it to show in the EU and Canada, but not in the USA. If not, then why not? Maybe I’m just asking the wrong question.

    Location-based exclusion is one of our premium version features. It is not supported in this version.
