    Hi,

I’ve been looking everywhere for an answer to this but haven’t found. Then again, there are soooo many things being said… so I apologize if it’s been asked before and resolved. If it has, I’d love a link to the topic.

What I was wondering is if there is, either a template page that can be created to have a page display ALL albums (or galleries).

Or if there was a shortcode that could be created such as the ones we already use. For example, instead of writing :
[album id=4 template=compact] could we have the option to have something like this [album id=ALL template=compact]

This is one suggestion, there might be more.

By having one of those options, everytime we load a new album or gallery in the nextgen plugin, it goes live on the website straight away and we don’t have to go back to the picture page to add a code or anything.

I’ll bump this thread too since I didn’t find an answer to this matter. I just switched to NextGEN Gallery and I have ~ 8000 pictures in ~ 100 albums. You may guess that I really need a way to post all albums on one page.

I hope someone can give us a link if this issue it’s resolved yet.

While I don’t think it’s an ideal solution, here’s how it can be done:

    1. Create your 100 albums
    2. Create an extra album called ‘Master Album’, or something similar.
    3. Now drag all of your albums (not galleries) into the Master album.
    4. Like I said, I don’t like this solution. I would prefer there were some shortcode, but it almost seems as if there has been no further development on NextGen.

    show all albums [album id=0]
