Login refresh Active Page

    No matter what options I try I can not get the refresh active page to work after log in. I am using wp-rocket but have all the cache options turned off for all the UM pages. This is really frustrating. I have two tickets in concerning other issues using the developers ticket system and have gotten no response whatsoever so I am post this here in hopes that someone may be able to help.

    I have tried changing to default theme but no luck.

    Hi Champ, why am I getting emails for this thread and many others that I have NOT subscribed to? The link to the right says “Subscribe” not “Unsubscribe”. How do I unsubscribe from threads I am not subscribed to? Thanks!

    This is the only ticket with this issue. The the refresh active page does not seem to be working on the site.

    I am also having an issue with the UM bbPress plugin. It is not recognizing that bbPress is active.

    When you set it to “Active Refresh Page”, Did you also set it in the User Roles settings > Login options?

    That is the only place I see to set how the site reacts to a login. Is there another setting that I am missing?

    Is your site accessible to everyone globally? I just checked your website and it redirects to the Login page when accessing pages such as Account. It adds a redirect_to parameter e.g. https://www.ridetech.com/login-2/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ridetech.com%2Faccount%2F

    Yes it is accessible to everyone. I am not sure why the page would be redirecting. All rolls are set to refresh active page after login.

    Sorry for the late response.

    Could you please tell us if you’re still having issues with UM 2.1.16?

    There are two ways to allow the ‘Refresh Active’ page:
    1. Go to WP Admin > UM > Forms > Edit Login Form > see “Options” section > “Redirection after Login” > select “Refresh Active page”.
    2. Go to WP Admin > UM > User Roles > Edit a User Role > see “Logion Options” > Actions to be taken after Login > select “Refresh Active page”.
